Divided We Fall | PAWCast 60 | Veterinary Podcast

May 21, 2021

As a profession, we have to start solving our problems together. We have to unify as veterinary professionals and implement solutions that help all of us, not just some of us. The more we isolate our clinics, the more we niche down and the more we focus on our own outcomes over the industry, the worse the problems become.

On this weeks PAWCast, Dr. Carlo and Ben dissect a recommendation to limit availability and affordability within the veterinary clinic to improve the survival mode of the staff. We also discuss John Nash’s non-cooperative game theory and how that thinking by professionals impacts the well being of their patients.

It’s time. We need to unify. We need to have each other’s backs. We need to make a better future for ourselves and those around us.
