Recently we had the opportunity to host Rheannon Burris, a 4th year vet student from MSU, for a Tier III mentorship experience. She was gracious enough to sit down with us to discuss where she was at as a ‘baby doctor’ coming into her time a PAW, where she gained experience in her time with us, and how she feels she is closer to being day one ready moving forward.
