A new term was recently brought to our attention. A ‘unicorn clinic’, also known as a workplace that everyone enjoys to come to and gains fulfillment through.
This idea, along with some others around it, are some of the most detrimental to our industry. To believe that a great workplace is so rare that it doesn’t really exist is truly sad, and also false.
