In this session, we review the tools used and the traits necessary to establish the defining variables in decision making and to engage a process that engages the team’s focus on the highest priority items. This method of strategic planning allows teams at all levels of organizations to unite their efforts in problem solving and make real progress towards fulfilling their mission.
