Our experience was very good. The staff was very clear on the process and communicated well throughout. The paperwork is very detailed and takes time to read. There are banners and signs that clearly state how the facility is run. Our pet was immediately taken to the treage area when we arrived. We were there a total of 4 hours. It was early evening on a Sunday when we got there. Another pet owner with a much more serious injury had been there for 5 hours already when we arrived. We were given estimates along the way and different options. The cost was less than I expected considering it's an emergency center, but there was no surgery involved. I would definitely recommend for an emergency.

Bringing in our distressed pet, we weren't sure what to expect from a clinic that we have never been to before. When we called Paws to inform them of our emergency situation with our cat, young man who answered was very kind and professional. Upon our arrival they checked us in quickly and took our pet back into the exam rooms for immediate examination. No more than 30 minutes in the waiting room, they informed us that our pets vitals were stable and she was resting comfortably. An additional 3.5 hours passed and we were on our way out with medications that fixed her serious issues. We can't thank them enough for the expert consultation and care they gave us that night. We also understand that other animals brought to them that evening were in more desperate need than ours, so the total time in/out of 4 hours was perfectly acceptable. By all means...treat the more distressed animals first. Even though they were extremely busy that evening, the staff kept us informed and treated us with professionalism at all times. Paws has significant investment in this location which is evident when you walk in. Comfortable waiting room, clean bathrooms and education/consultation rooms to meet with multiple vets treating our pet. Thank you Paws staff...you're the best!

Amazing service yet again! I will always recommend people to come here. I dont see why people complain about the cost at least they are open 24hrs and don't have a new patient fee. The staff is amazing and handled all of my cats with care. Everything is so clean. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Very impressed. Called ahead, and they were waiting for us. They took our 10 week old puppy right away. They gave us options and did not force unnecessary tests. They gave us the choice. Hopefully, we won't have to return anytime soon, but with all local veterinarians not treating emergencies, it gives us peace of mind knowing we have options other than Madison.

Great, friendly staff. Very clean facility. We took our cats in for being suddenly aggressive and one ended up having a kidney infection. We received antibiotics and were good to go. The staff take into account severity of cases that come in so you may need to wait a few hours. We were able to leave our cats and come back though. The vet would just call us with updates and staff would give us cost estimates before proceeding. Very thankful to have this as an option in our community.

Our dog had a pneumothorax and we drove from Green Bay to Wausau. The team at Paw quickly identified how critical he was and rapidly treated him. After 6 hours, they recognized he needed more care than they could provide, so we took him to Appleton, where they did open chest surgery. 3 days later, Dr. Heather called to check on our little guy and make sure he was doing well.
