This program is an overview of the utilization of the concept and collaboration tactic of accountability. This is a term whose definition has been lost in cliché and needs to be better understood before enacting it in a clinical setting. From there, understanding the roles of the drama dynamic and how they perpetuate unaccountable behavior allows us to halt toxic communication and engage in an accountable dialogue with the intention of developing and implementing solutions.
