This program is an overview of the fundamentals of understanding and rating performance as well as implementing individually crafted growth plans. In this session, we review the variables of performance, the proper usage of a skills rubric, the growth plan and the 5/15 individual accountability and planning tool. This method of performance management allows individuals at all levels of organizations to grow in their skill sets in physical skills as well as communication and make real progress towards fulfilling the team’s shared mission.
